Can here with my wife for our 1 year anniversary and what a fantastic little place! What Ben has created here is by far the most serene place you could ever come to. The added bonus of waking up to see the Horse and Sheep in the paddock was great! Well done Ben

We had a lovely overnight stay at Upper Grove Farm. The cabin was beautiful and clean. So peaceful and quiet it’s just what we needed. Ben was very helpful and overall a great host. Would definitely recommend this place.

We had a fantastic time at the cabin. The surroundings are stunning, the host Ben was helpful and the cabin was decorated beautifully, with everything you need at hand! The outdoor bath also made the experience really quirky and memorable. My daughter loved it!

We had a lovely weekend stay, for some much need rest & recovery. The location is lovely & tranquil, we loved being able to say hello to the farm animals nearby too. The shepherd’s hut had everything we needed, lovely to have the kitchen so that we could cook but we also went for a meal at the Poachers Pocket which I highly recommend. We enjoyed day trips to Aldeburgh, Thorpe Ness and Framlingham as well as enjoying the shepherds hut and lovely outdoor bath & fire pit.

Lovely little cabin in a great location near Aldeburgh & Thorpeness. We really enjoyed our cosy little stay! We loved the personal touch of coffee from Bens farm, lovely tasting coffee! Thanks for having us!

Lovely cabin, really peaceful and set up well to give more than enough privacy. Perfect for bringing our dog with us, with lots of space for her to explore, no clutter inside the cabin and beautiful walks around the farm. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed in the Waylands on the night of my wife’s 50th birthday and we couldn’t have stayed in a more peaceful and private place. The whole place is beautifully presented with lots of space between the cabins in a lush grassy area with sheep and a horse next door that added to that country feel. The cabin was presented very well, clean and very tastefully decorated with a wood burner which we very happily used. Outside we enjoyed the spa bath which was clean with more than enough hot water. Our whole experience with Ben and our stay was very positive and we will definitely be staying in his cabins in the very near future. Thank you Ben Best Steve & Alex Andrews

We have stayed at Bens place the other year and was blown away by how great it is, so we returned and once again was blown away by how nice and pleasant the stay is. Ben is a great host and always delivers, we will be stay 100% again next year for our annual stay. 5/5 place! Would recommend any day!!

Great stay in the cabin. Clean, well appointed, and perfect location - near alot of Suffolk landmarks with great pubs very nearby, while also being very secluded and private on the farm to get away from it all. Clear, helpful and friendly communication from Ben topped off the stay.

Had a great night, spent six hours in the out door bath 😄, great location for work definitely will stay again when I’m down in the area next. I’ve recommended the hut to work colleagues
